How and when you get paid

Payouts go to your South African bank account in Rand, daily or weekly, after a short clearing period.

When a fan pays, the money settles with our payment partner first. Once it clears, we pay it into your bank account in Rand.

Your payout schedule

Choose daily or weekly in Payouts. Daily payouts go out each business day for sales that have cleared. Weekly payouts go out once a week, in one larger payment.

What we take off

• The payment provider’s processing fee, shown on every order.
• The platform fee: 5% on Free, 0% on Creator and Pro.
• Refunds and chargebacks, if any.

Each payout has a statement you can download for your records.

If a payout fails

Usually the bank details don’t match the account holder. Check them in Payouts and we’ll try again. You’ll get a WhatsApp alert when a payout fails.
