Refunds and disputes

You decide on refunds. Fans can ask from their order page, and you can refund all or part of an order.

When a fan asks

Fans can ask for a refund from their private order page. You get an alert and decide. Nothing is refunded automatically.

Making a refund

Open the order and choose Refund. You can refund the full amount or part of it. The fan gets a WhatsApp message when it goes through.

Downloads after a refund

A full refund ends access to downloads straight away.

Disputes

If a fan disputes a card payment with their bank, download the evidence pack from the order. It includes the order, its timeline and the messages sent to the fan.
