Accessibility statement
How we make Creator One usable for everyone, and how to tell us when it isn’t.
Draft for legal review. Some company details are still to be confirmed.
Our aim
Creator One aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, for creators running their business and for fans buying from them.
What we do
- Every screen is checked with an automated accessibility scan before each release.
- Everything works with a keyboard, and focus is always visible.
- Screen readers hear totals, saves and errors as they happen.
- Movement is switched off when your phone asks for reduced motion.
- Creator pages have a Lite mode for slow connections and older phones, and checkout works without JavaScript.
- Text can be zoomed to 200% without losing buttons.
Known gaps
Charts in the dashboard also offer their numbers as a table or a download. Images that creators upload rely on the descriptions they write; we prompt for one on every image.
Tell us about a problem
Email privacy@creatorone.co.za with the page and what went wrong. A person replies within five working days, and we’ll help you finish what you were doing in the meantime.
