What you agree to when you buy from a creator.

Who you buy from

You buy from the creator named on the page and on your receipt. Creator One runs the checkout and passes your payment to them.

Prices

Prices are in Rand and include VAT where the creator charges it. The total you see before you pay is the total you pay.

Delivery

Digital products arrive by an access link on screen, and on WhatsApp or email if you asked for that. Download links last 7 days and can be reopened from your order page. Bookings, tickets and pickups follow the details on the product.

Refunds

Ask the creator first, from the link on your order page. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act still apply. Downloads that have been opened usually can’t be returned unless they were faulty or not as described.

Messages

Receipts and delivery messages are part of your purchase. Updates and offers only come if you ticked the box for them, and you can reply STOP anytime.
