The Information Regulator’s guide

The Information Regulator publishes a guide on how to use PAIA. It is available at inforegulator.org.za in all official languages.

Records we hold

Company records (incorporation, minutes, policies). Financial records (statements, tax, payouts, ledger). Creator records (accounts, verification, agreements). Fan records held for creators (orders, receipts, consent history). Technical records (audit and security logs).

How to request a record

Send Form 2 (from the Information Regulator’s website) to the Information Officer. Say which record you want and how you want to receive it. A request fee and access fee may apply as set by the PAIA regulations. We answer within 30 days.
